Answer a few questions about yourself and your symptoms.
2. Schedule and pay for your telehealth visit
Connect with a telehealth provider at your convenience, from the comfort of your own home.
3. Speak with a telehealth provider
If Leva is right for you, request a prescription during your visit.
4. Work with the Leva Women's Center to move forward with Leva.
Once the Leva Women's Center receives your Leva prescription from the telehealth provider, they will reach out to you to help you purchase the Leva Pelvic Health System.
